This course also includes a Virtual Reality Session 12 minute flight using a computer laptop simulation. Virtual Reality Exposure is a realistic demo that gradually expose you into that environment that causes your anxiety. You will go through the actual airport process starting from terminal check in, boarding, push back from the gate follow by takeoff & landing. You will hear actual sounds from the airplane. You will learn to feel comfortable with all those weird annoying noises that didn't make sense, or made you nervous such as the hydraulic pumps, speed brakes, apu, slats & engine starts. Virtual Reality allows you to gradually face your fear in a safe environment while teaching you how to manage your anxiety using breathing & relaxation techniques.
